View all Facial Treatments →Redness has more than one cause, and our menu answers it in two ways. Glacial Skin is a sub-zero cooling facial. The M22 IPL Photofacial is a broadband light platform aimed at the vessels and pigment you can see. Whether your skin is reacting or discoloured is what separates them — and that is usually a consultation question.

Where a detail isn’t listed on our menu, we leave it to your provider to confirm at your consultation rather than generalise.
Our menu describes Glacial Skin as calming redness and heat in skin that is reacting, and the M22 IPL Photofacial as fading sun spots, redness, and tiny broken capillaries to even out the complexion. Where the redness is coming from is what decides it, and your provider settles that after looking at your skin.
IPL works best on certain skin types, so your provider assesses your skin first — and will talk through other options if IPL isn't the right fit. Glacial Skin is a cooling facial rather than a light-based treatment, so that particular question does not arise in the same way.
Our menu suggests Glacial Skin every two to four weeks, or before a big day. It describes the M22 IPL Photofacial as having little to no downtime, with brown spots that can darken briefly before flaking away over the following days. Timing is worth planning with your provider.
