- Warm water, gentle cleansing and massage. Most guests find it deeply relaxing, and some fall asleep.
- Contraindications
- Not suitable over open, broken or infected skin on the scalp, or during a psoriasis or eczema flare. Please tell us about a sensitive scalp, recent colouring or chemical services, recent scalp procedures, and any allergies to hair or skincare products.
- Aftercare
- Let the scalp settle: no harsh shampoo, colouring or chemical services for the rest of the day, and go easy on heat styling. Any take-home products your practitioner recommends work best used exactly as directed.
