Why the arm is difficult
The upper arm is one of the places where fat sits close under skin that has lost some of its spring, so working on either alone tends to disappoint. Coolwaves warm the fatty layer and the skin drawn over it in the same pass, which is why this device is used here rather than something that addresses only one of them.
What a session is like
The arm is supported and the handpiece is moved across it in an even pattern, from the back of the arm around to the inner edge. It is a warm, steady sensation rather than a sharp one, and sleeves go back on immediately afterwards.
