What is a HydraFacial Platinum?
The Platinum tier adds lymphatic drainage to the Deluxe HydraFacial — here is what that changes.
The HydraFacial Platinum is the most comprehensive tier of the HydraFacial at Minori. It includes everything in the Deluxe treatment — deep cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, and antioxidant-rich serums — plus lymphatic drainage, a manual technique that works with the skin's natural circulation to reduce puffiness in the face.
The result is a single session that addresses surface texture, hydration, and skin tone simultaneously, in about 90 minutes.
How it works at Minori
Your skin is assessed before anything is applied. The specialist then works through four steps: a gentle cleanse and prep, the core HydraFacial vortex technology to extract and infuse, a lymphatic drainage sequence, and a finishing application of protective antioxidants. The session closes with guidance on what to apply and avoid over the following days.
What it cannot do
It is a professional facial, not a clinical procedure. It will not lift skin that has significantly loosened, address changes that go beyond what a surface treatment can reach, or replace a treatment designed to work at a deeper level. If your skin concern needs something a facial cannot reach, your provider will tell you at consultation rather than book you in for something that will not serve you.
Who it may suit
The Platinum is worth considering if your skin tends toward dryness or congestion, if you want to address dullness and uneven tone together, or if you are looking for a treatment with visible results and minimal downtime before an event. It is fully customizable — your provider adjusts the active ingredients for your skin type and any sensitivities.
What to know before you book
Little to no downtime is expected. Your skin may look flushed immediately after and that fades quickly. You will be asked about active skin conditions, recent treatments, and medications before the session begins, because certain conditions mean the approach is adjusted or treatment is delayed.
A consultation determines whether this or another treatment on our menu is right for you. Book one at Minori Skincare in NoMad, Manhattan.
